A problem with a bike

Report it in the app: open the bike, or tap Report an Issue during a ride. Add a photo if you can. It goes straight to our maintenance crew.

Lost or stolen bike: report it in the app and call BUPD at 781-736-5000.

Can't end your ride?

Make sure you're inside the campus boundary shown on the app's map, with location turned on. If you can't get back to campus (a flat tire, an injury, an unsafe situation), use the emergency option when ending the ride and tell us what happened.

Email deisbikes-support@brandeis.edu from the address you use to sign in, and include the bike number if it's about a bike. Common questions are in the FAQ.
